## الشرح الاوضح للفيزا الكندية الاخيرة 2011/03/01 ##

استفسار خارجي : لو اسوي فيزة اخوي على معهد تجاري واذا وصلنا اخلي يدرس بمعهدي فيها اشكاليه ...؟

انا أفضل يجاوبك على هالسؤال الاخوان المبتعثين اللي معاهم مرافقين ،،

لا ما في مشكلة الا اذى مكتوب في الاستدي بيرمت انه مايستطيع يدرس الى في نفس المعهد ولكن استبعد ذلك

بس اقصد اخوي هل يطلبون كشف حساب ولازم مبلغ معين للتجديد...؟

شوف وناخوك هم نادر مايرفضون التجديد اذا كنت داخل كندا ويكونون متساهلين ،، فلا تشيل هم ان شاء الله مافيه مشاكل ،، لكن بنفس الوقت لا تتهاون بقوانينهم وسوي اللي طالبينه عشان ماتعطيهم حجة وعذر .

فأنا انصحك تجيب الاوراق اللي جبتها عند التقديم على الفيزا اول مره ،، يعني ورقة من الشخص المتكفل بمصاريفك وشهادة بنكية له توضح ان عندك القدرة على اكمال الدراسة.
بالنسبة للمبلغ كل مازاد كل ماكان افضل ،، فهات اللي تقدر عليه واترك الباقي على الله .

ارسلت اوراقي لمكتب الفيافا اليوم قال لكل شي اوكي بس ناقصة ورقة تثبت اني موافقة علي الوزارة للابتعاث ( يعني نسخة من قرارا الابتعاث )

من وين اجيبها تكفوون ساعوني ؟؟؟

This refers to your application for a Canadian study permit according to Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Act Regulations as an applicant for a study permit, you must establish that your intention are officer that you not contravene the conditions of admission and that you do not belong in a category of persons inadmissible to Canada under the Act. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this act ‘‘subsection 2(2) specifies that unless otherwise indicated, references in the act to ‘’this act’’ include regulations made under it.

Should you wish to reapply, I would suggest you do so only if your situation has changed substantively or you have significant new information to submit.
