الحمد لله قدمت اليوم الفيزا في مكتب الاي دي بي بالرياض وربنا ييسر امرنا وامركم ويفرج همومكم اللهم آمين .... حسب سؤالي للموظف المختص لتعبئه الفيزا في المكتب قال ان شاء الله امورك كامله ومستنداتك كامله وربنا يعين والله شايل هم ربنا يفرجها ....

بعد مرور 51 يوم والاسبوع الماضي اخبروني باني ساستلم الفيزه هذ الاسبوع وبالاخير تفاجأت انهم
ارسلولي الايميل التالي يطلبون فيه اوراق ناقصة حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION TO FINALISE THE APPLICATION

I have examined the application and have determined that additional documentation/information is required to further assess the case. Please see the below list to determine what additional information is required

• Family OSHC: If dependants are accompanying the student then the OSHC must specify that the insurance is ‘Family cover’.

• Evidence of funds to support the proposed study in Australia, in one of the following forms:

- State/Territory and Commonwealth government financial sponsorship.
- Letter of Sponsorship by the national government of the applicant’s home country (e.g. a letter from the relevant government agency).
- Letter of Sponsorship by a provincial or state government of the applicant’s home country
- Multilateral agency funding.
- Sponsorship by Rotary, the National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies or the Ford Foundation.
- Financial support from an acceptable non-profit organisation.
- Loans from the government of the applicant’s home country.
- Private corporate sponsorship, by the student’s current employer, where the corporation operates internationally (the study must also be relevant to their current employment).
- Financial support from the proposed Australian education provider (e.g. Scholarship letter or evidence of a waiver of course fees).
- Loans from financial institutions in the name of the applicant or their sponsor, where the loan specifies that it is for the Education purposes. The period of a loan must be for: first 12 months of the applicant’s proposed principal course if in AL 3-4 subclass رقم or for other subclasses, the first 12 months of the student’s stay, if the student is in AL 2 the first 24 months of the student’s stay, if the student is in AL 3 or first 36 months of the student’s stay, if the student is in AL
DOMESTIC STAFF AND NANNIES

There is no provision for a nanny or domestic worker to be included in a Student visa application. The Australian government does not currently have a visa programme for low-paid and/or low-skilled domestic workers seeking to accompany Student Visa holders to Australia. However, persons in Australia can access (on a fee-paying basis, where appropriate) child-care services where they are available. Any person wishing to travel to Australia to study should consider carefully the availability and additional costs of providing child-care to their children in Australia without the assistance of their current nanny; the cost of child-care in Australia can be significantly higher than the cost of a nanny in their home country.

CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES

If any applicant changes their address or telephone number or there is a change in their circumstances (for example, an applicant marries or divorces or they give birth) then you should notify this office in writing, see: ‘TO WHERE SHOULD ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BE SENT?’

TIME IN WHICH TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED INFORMATION

Please provide the requested information within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of this e-mail.

Once the period above has passed, a decision may be made on the application using the information on-hand and without taking any further action to obtain the additional information.

Please note: we will not be able to refund the visa application charge. If an applicant pays any enrolment and/or tuition fees to an education provider and the application for a visa to Australia is unsuccessful for any reason, it is the applicant’s responsibility to seek a refund of those fees.
