Thank you for your email. The Department of Immigration and Citizenship
(DIAC) recognises that the time taken to process your application may be
causing you concern.
We are seeking to process your application as soon as possible. You will
appreciate, however, that all non-citizens applying for a visa to enter
Australia are considered on their individual merits and against legal
requirements set out in Australia's legislation. This often includes
requirements for mandatory health, character and national security checks
that are undertaken by other agencies and can take some time.
The timing for the completion of the checks varies from one case to another
depending on individual circumstances. Unfortunately, I am unable to
provide you with a definitive timeframe for finalisation of your
application as some cases may take several months to finalise. Please be
assured, however, that the DIAC staff will do all that they can to ensure
that your application is finalised as quickly as possible.
You should not travel to Australia until you have received notification of
the grant of your student visa.

وطلبوا نفس الطلب اللي هو كرت العايله وشهادة ميلاد ترى مو متزوج لي كرت العايله حقت الوالد
وشهادة ميلادي

وراسلهم يا الغلا يمككن تستفيد - 7 "ما قصرت انا ارسلت لاميلات كثير وخصوصا اميلات السفارة مثل اميل قمر وغيرها في دبيوالله ياخوك متأكد ونص لأنهم مره ارسلوا لي ولمكتب دبي اللي تابع له مكتب الوكاله
وطلبوا نفس الطلب اللي هو كرت العايله وشهادة ميلاد ترى مو متزوج لي كرت العايله حقت الوالد
وشهادة ميلادي

كانوا يقولوا انه اسمي مو موجود عندهم والمكتب يقولي ارسلنا اوراقك للخارجية مو دبي
بس الاميل هذا ما جربت قبل كذا ارسله
انتا نفس طريقتي عشان اتاكد انه الاميل هذا ممكن يفيدني

بس هو يراسلني وارساله اخر رساله اللي فوووق
بس انا شكلي بحول على قمر وشلته الباقيه ما جاهم ازعاج

والإيميل متأكد منه 100% عندما كتبته
بس للأسف أرسلتلهم ولا ردوا على ؟
ما ادري إذا كانت هناك إجراءات لإرسال نسخة ثانية من الفيزا
ياليت اللي عنده خبر يفيدنا .. لأن دراستي تبقى لها شهر وتبدأ
كان الله بعون الجميع .
