Hello from the English Language Training Institute (ELTI) at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Thank you for the information concerning your arrival in Charlotte.

Yes, I can meet you and your fellow students at the Charlotte Airport on Friday, May 15. I see that your flight, US Airways 2211, will arrive in Charlotte at 3:14 pm. When you get off the airplane in Charlotte, please follow the signs to the ‘Baggage Claim’ area. I will be waiting for you in Baggage Claim.

After meeting you at the Charlotte Airport, I will take you to a hotel that is not far from the University. For students, the cost of a room in this hotel is $59 per night. On the following Monday I can certainly help you to look for apartments. Of course, on Saturday and Sunday you are welcome to look on your own. I will give some apartment information to you on Friday.

In order to make the search for apartments easier, I strongly recommend that you bring documents from your sponsor (Saudi Arabian Airlines) that show they will pay for your housing. Apartment owners here must have proof that you are able to pay the rent.

Please write to me again to confirm that you will be arriving in Charlotte on the afternoon of May 15. I have to reserve a vehicle that can carry all five of you and your luggage.

Can you tell us who are the other students who will come with you? We have issued acceptances to 8 people in your company but you said 5 will come..so we’d like to know which 5. Thank you

About health immunization records: please share this with all members of your group.

The state of North Carolina requires that all students have several immunizations—medicine given by injection to prevent disease such as measles, mumps, rubella, polio, and so on.
So, if you bring your health records that show dates of such immunizations, it will help you to meet this regulation.

If you cannot show you have the immunizations already done in Saudi Arabia, then you will have to get immunizations here at our Health Center. They cost between $12 and $40 for each immunization that you need to get.

They can translate from Arabic so if you have the records in Arabic it’s ok…but the records should show the DATES of immunizations given.

It really is better if students can bring those records from their home country.

كيف حال الشباب و احب اطمنكم اخيييييييييييييييييييييييييرا السفاره قالتلي ارسل جوازك عن طريق فيديكس بعد 36 يوم من المقابله الشخصيه و حبيت استفسر عن شي و الي هوا : لما فتحت رقم حالتي عن طريق الموقه مكتوب تحت Please send your current passport and extension letter from your university و حبيت اسأل ايش قصدهم بـ(extension letter) و ياريت ترودولي باسرع وقت لانو ايغا اروح ارسل الجواز و شكررررررررررررررررررررررررا..
