but i dont know what"ticket hold" means either
didnt you ask your advisor who should you cantact? make sure she/he understands you are new with this
so she can give you more details about it

she just said you have to contact with the ticketing department
which department ? i don't know
when i asked her to giving me any information contact as phone number or email
she told me all contact information is located on the SACM website
thats it :/

معناها إنك ع الهولد لحد ماترجعين أمريكا ان شاء الله وترسلين لهم صورة من I-94 لك وللمرافق.
أنا جاتني رسالة ع الايميل قبل فترة عنوانها ticket hold والشهر هذا مانزلت مكافئتي لهذا السبب.

Dear SACM student,

This is to remind you that your account is on hold for ticket. Please send copy of your i-94. In case you have a family and travelled with you, you must send their i-94 too, and if they’re holding an American passport, you must provide copy of their American passport with entry stamp and SA passport with exit stamp from SA. You have to send it as soon as possible once you/they arrive from vacation to avoid future hold on your account.

i'm still in US
but i ordered one ticket for my bro and he still in US he's gonna go back to ksa in next month
do you think for this reason they gave me hold?
