مساعدة اجراءات تحويل المعهد

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته .. أما بعد

انا قررت اني احول من المعهد اللي انا ادرس فيه .. ﻷنه خايس

وراسلت المعهد الجديد . وعبيت الابليكشن ... والمعهد الجديد اليوم رسل لي هالرسالة

بالصراحة مافهمت ويش يقصد بالظبط ... يالليت احد يساعدنا ... وشكرا لكم

I have received your application at House of Tutors, Intensive American English Institute. In order to continue with the admissions process here is what we need:

• Passport & Visa
• Recent bank statement (less than one year old) showing at least US$8000 (plus $2000
for each dependent, if applicable)
• $100 Application Fee
• $250 Tuition Deposit (nonrefundable, credited toward first tuition payment) You can pay this via credit card by calling the front desk at 512-472-6666.
• Statement of Purpose – 3-4 sentences written by the student explaining why they
want to study English.
• Sponsor letter (if the student will not pay for their own living expenses) – Must
include the account holder’s name, their relationship with the student. This letter
must state that the sponsor will cover any living expenses (rent, tuition and so on)
while the student is in the United States.

If the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission is paying your tuition:
• SACM students must first receive a written approval from the mission regarding
their transfer (if students are enrolled in the SACM scholarship program).
• Updated Financial Guarantee from SACM with House of Tutors listed as the
school in the Financial Guarantee. (If this is provided we will NOT need bank statement/sponsor letter).

Once we receive the above list I will provide you with an acceptance letter and you will need to get the following completed:
• Transfer-In Form (from House of Tutors, completed by your previous school)
