كيف انا الامس كلمت مكتب igec يقول باقي القبول النهائي ماوصل وهذه الرسالة تقول بادر بالحصول على التأشيرة.

Your COE/s
We have attached a COE (Confirmation of Enrolment) for each course you have accepted. The COE is the document required to begin your student visa application process. Note that you can request an official receipt for your payment from Swinburne International after you have completed the registration, orientation and enrolment procedures.
Applying for a student visa
With your COE, you can apply immediately for your student visa (
Students - Visas & Immigration). You must present all the COEs that we have provided you for your student visa application process.
Students applying for a new student visa: Swinburne International has forwarded your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) payment to our OSHC Provider. You will receive instructions on how to obtain your OSHC Membership card at orientation.
Students already holding a student visa: if you are currently holding a student visa and already have OSHC Membership, you must check your current OSHC expiry date. You may need to renew your OSHC and student visa. You must apply for renewal as soon as possible as it may require up to two months to process.
Students studying ELICOS on a tourist/working holiday visa: if you intend to study ELICOS for more than four weeks on a tourist visa, note that you will be required to undertake a health check. OSHC membership is not available to tourist or working holiday visa holders and you should ensure that you are covered for medical emergencies while in Australia.
Your orientation
You must make arrangements to arrive in Melbourne in time to take part in the international student enrolment and orientation program. Your orientation will help you adjust to life and study in Australia. For details of the International Student Orientation Program, visit:

Your airport pick-up and accommodation
You can use your SAMS Applicant No and Swinburne Student ID (refer top of this email) to book your airport pick-up and temporary accommodation on arrival at:

Please allow at least 1 working day from the receipt of this email for your details to be uploaded.
Documents you need to bring with you to Melbourne.
This applies to all students except for those who have been offered the ELICOS program only.
It is important that you bring the following documents to your enrolment session:
- Your Swinburne letter of offer;
- Your COE/s;
- Your passport;
- A certified photocopy of the photo page and the visa page of your passport (or e-visa);
- Originals or certified copies of academic transcripts from your previous course/s;
- Copy of your previous course syllabus (if you are applying for exemptions); and,
- Any other documents to satisfy the condition/s on this letter of offer (e.g. your IELTS Test Score Sheet).

توني وآصل من بعد هالمشوآر الطويل .. ~
شرح مختصر للي صار اليوم بمكتب IGEC
اولاً : 2500 ريال رسوم الفيزا .. طبعاً الفيزا اقل من كذا .. يعني تقريبا للفيزآ 2050 ..
لكن في 450 ريال رسوم المكتب الي راح يطلع لك الفيزا بنفسه وراح يعبي بياناتك بشكل ادق ..
ويقول المكاتب الثانية تأخذ 3000 على الفيزآ فقط .. واحنا سوينا لكم خصم 500 ريال ..
>> صراحة صآدق بهذي النقطة والدليل الاخوان الي يتعلمون مع المكتب Ataa الي بالرياض
بالنسبة للفيزا .. يقول راح تأخذ 15 يوم بالكثير وتصدر لكم ..
والفيزآ راح تكون عبارة عن ملف يجيك على ايميلك تطبعه وخلاص هذي فيزتك ..
>> امريكا وكندا واغلب الدول الثانية ترسل لهم الجواز للسفاره ويطبعون الفيزا على جوازك ويرجعون يرسلون لك الجواز
لكن الفيزا الاسترالية اذا كانت اونلآين راح تكون ورقة تطبعها وتاخذها معاك .. اسهل لك من شغلت ارسال الجواز للسفارة
ثانياً : يوم الثلاثاء ان شاء الله الصباح راح يتم ارسال ارقام طلبات الفيزا لكل الطلاب ..
تأخذ الرقم وتروح المستشفى فيه .. وتقولهم ابي النتيجة تكون اونلآين ..
ثالثاً : بالنسبة للاخوان الي قريبين من الخبر والدمام .. كلمت مستشفى عالم القلب ..
وسألته عن الفيزا .. يقول على حسب التخصص .. ما ادري ما فهمت عليه ..
وقالي انت وش تخصصك .. قلت له هندسة حاسب ..
قالي يعني بيطلع عليك الكشف الطبي بـ 700 ريال .. + 200 ريال رسوم ارسال النتيجة اونلآين ..
يعني الكشف كله 900 ريال ..
لكن قالي قبل ما تجي كلمني وعطني رقم طلب الفيزا حقك .. عشان اتأكد اكثر من نوع الفحص المطلوب لك ..
