Greetings from the Education Advising Office at the U.S. Consulate General Jeddah!

This message confirms you will attend the information session on Wednesday Dec 8, 2010.

Pre-Departure Orientation
Date: Dec 8, 2010
Time: 4:00pm - 6:30pm.
Location: U.S. Consulate General Jeddah

Please note that you need to arrive up to 60 minutes early for security checks.

Kindly:
· Use the Gate on Hail Street to enter the Consulate (the gate by Sulaiman Faqeeh Hospital).
· Bring a photo ID (National ID card بطاقة الأحوال/ Iqama ID).
· Electronic equipment will not be permitted inside the Consulate, including cameras, cell phones, pagers, etc. These can be kept at the gate with the security guards.
· Access to the Consulate is pedestrian only. Parking is available across the street in the hospital’s lot.
· Only adults (18 years or older) are allowed to attend. Please do not bring your children with you.
· Print a copy of this confirmation email and bring it with you (recommended).

Please note: This is not a visa interview. It is an information session to help you prepare for your trip.
