السلام عليكم وكل سنة وانتو طيبين
ندش في الموضوع دايركت
طبعا مشكلتي لها اكثر من اسبوع .. وارجو المساعدة والافادة وان شالله ماتقصرون
طبعا انا اشتريت يوزنيم (اسم مستخدم) من موقع السفارة لحجز الموعد
وكل شي يمشي معاي مزبوط والحمدالله وجانتني صفحة تسأل هل دفعت رسوم السيفس اختارت لا
وبعدين جاتني صفحة تقولي ماهو السيفس ......الخ ولما اختر زر التالي (نكست) بدأت معاناتي
ما تفارقني هالصفحة مكتوب عليها التالي.......

ايش العمل حتى انا راسلتهم مرتين مافي فايده
ومحد رد على الايميل كمان بكره بجرب اتصل على السفاره في الرياض ونشوف الحل

انا اتصلت اليوم على السفاره في الرياض ف ردو علي وشرحت له المشكله
وسألته هل عندكم مشكله في السريفر ولا المشكله من عندي فقال لي انه في عندهم
مشكله في السريفر فقلت له طيب ايش الحل فقال لي راسلي السفاره على الايميل واكتبي الاسم والباسورد
وايش المشكله وهما ح يراسلو لكي على الايميل فقلت له انا راسلتهم مرتين ومافي احد رد علي فقال لي عاودي الارسال تاني
وانشاء الله ربي يفرجها
وشكرا للاختIME لأنها أعطتنا الحل وجزاكي الله خير بس كنت حابه اتأكد
