aslam alikum

I'm at the university now,so I don't have arabic keyboard, so sorry!
but I really need your help


I want to dropp one class but i'm worry that it will cost me from SACM
let me show you what the univerisyt says

Aug 28

Last day for 40% refund (first 8-week session)


Aug 30

Last day to drop a class and not have it appear on your transcript (first 8-week session)

so it will not show up in my transcrip but it could cost money ???


and this is SACM response


you cannot drop if it shows on on transcript AND costs SACM - SACM will not pay for a dropped course no matter what the percentage

so please explain to me , will it be okay to dropp the class as long as it's not showing in the transcript?? even thogh it might cost them ~~~
