السلام عليكم .. حياك الله يا شباب ..
قبل فترة أرسلت رسالة لقسم القبول بجامعة WILLAMETTE UNIVERSITY في oregon , SALME بخصوص القبول المشروط بقسم الادارة المالية وكان الرد كالتالي ... وانا حقيقة لا أعرف ترجمة الرسالة وما هي الاجراءات المطلوبة ::

والرسالة كالاتي :
Thank you for your email and interest in Willamette University's MBA program. I appreciate your email and will respond to your questions. Unfortunately, Willamette University does not offer an ESL program on our campus. For this reason, we partner with other ESL programs off-campus, including ELS and Kaplan. We can only provide conditional admission consideration under two circumstances, which are listed below. To qualify, you must follow the guidelines as instructed - depending on which circumstance you meet: 1. To qualify for consideration for a conditional admission to the Willamette MBA program, you must have already been selected as a recipient of a Saudi Cultural Mission scholarship with approval for study in an area of business or management. If you have been selected for an SACM scholarship, your application materials must be forwarded to us directly by SACM. If you have not already been selected as a recipient of an SACM scholarship, you are not eligible for conditional admission but you can apply for admission through our regular MBA application process. Guidelines for the admission process are available at: http://www.willamette.edu/agsm/full-time/admission/international_applicants/index.html.

To qualify for consideration for a conditional admission to the Willamette MBA program, you must be currently located outside the United States and have already been admitted to one of our approved English language partners: Kaplan or ELS. If you have been admitted, your application materials to our program must be forwarded to us by the central admission office of either Kaplan (University Placement | Kaplan International Colleges est 1967) or by ELS (Application Process).
If you are already studying in the United States, you are not eligible for conditional admission but you can apply for admission through our regular MBA application process. If you decide to do this, you should wait to apply for admission until you are finished or nearly finished with your English Language program. 7 " على حسب فهمي ....
انهم ماعندهم برنامج للغة لكن متعقدين مع معاهد مثل معهد كابلن و معهد ESL
1- يبون تثبت لهم انك ممبتعث من الملحقية السعودية ولا مارح يقبلونك اعتقد يبون ضمان مالي من الملحقية
2- يبون تجيب قبول معهد من كابلن او معهد ESL يكون مشروط
هذا الي قدرت عليها بالتوفيق
...
