general secondary education certificate.

we are very pleased to tell you that based on your very good academic
record, we are prepared to offer you admission to the school of engineering in electrical engineering
. to enable us to offer admission you most achieve the required english language proficiency
as evidenced by minimum TOEFL score of 213 on the computer-based test
, 550 on the paper-based test, 80 on the iBT, or 6.5 on the IELTS
we understand that you will be studying english during this coming
academic year. once you achieve the requird minimum result on theTOEFL or IELTS, you are admitted on the
