Thanks for your application for two sessions of Intensive Academic beginning June 25, 2012. You have been enrolled into the program, and your credit card was charged for the $150 application fee and $50 express mail fee.

We will send out your acceptance materials and I-20 by express mail shortly. You will receive a Fedex tracking number by email so you can track the shipment.
راح نرسل وراق قبولك وال I-20 بالبريد السريع بعد قليل (على حسب متى ارسلو الايميل) و راح نرسل على ايميلك رقم التتبع لشركة فدكس لطردك..
Also, in order to make our registration process easier and more efficient, we would like to request that students submit the required insurance form as soon as possible. You can refer to page 2 of our application for the revised 2012 guidelines on medical insurance requirements and for the form itself.

You can fax or email us a copy of the insurance form, or pay for our UCSD Insurance in advance. Please send this information to iphealth@ucsd.edu as soon as it is available so that we can update your file prior to your arrival. Begum Asena is the Student Health and Welfare Advisor. She takes care of all insurance, tuberculosis testing and housing questions and forms. Any TB or insurance questions or forms can be sent to iphealth@ucsd.edu, and any housing inquiries can be sent to iphousing@ucsd.edu.

انا ارسلت اوراقي للمعهد وردو علي بهذي الرسالة وانا اللي فهمت يبون تامين طبيياليت تترجمون لي اياها وتبيون لي المطلوب
