For me! I am stuck on 5 overall from last year

my next exam will be in 15th, June, but this time I don't want high score

I want only 5.5 overall and not less than 5 for every band, to apply for pre-master in September 2013

And here we are , I think you need to change your strategies in your next exam
I think you can get 5.5 easily
I recommend you to read Barron book for preparing IELTS ,It makes a difference because it learns you how to get answer quickly and easily
Also, for listening part , Pay more attention for spelling ( see academic common list)
for writing part, learn at least 50 new vocab ( you didn't learn them before) , they help you to make your writing be more professional
for speaking part , you can use common English Idioms and expressions such as
I'm tired and sick ............( to do laundry)
I have bird's -eyes view
...........................ect

Finally , if someone have helpful advices for all generally and for me particularly , I hope put them here.

Good Luck in your next exam , I ask god to give you high score
