I have forwarded your request onto the visa department at (تم حذف الإيميل لأن عرضه مخالف لشروط المنتدى) . Hopefully, they will be able to check up on your application for you. As an education advisor, I do not have any access to the visa system, so I am afraid I cannot check myself.
If you have passed the date on the I-20, you must send in a copy of an extension letter or new I-20 with the last possible date you can arrive. They will not issue a visa after the date in the I-20 is past. You can have the school fax or scan and email you a copy, which you can then forward onto(تم حذف الإيميل لأن عرضه مخالف لشروط المنتدى) . The consular section doesn’t need an original copy, but do make sure the school sends you the original, so you can carry it with you when you go to the U.S.
The Consular section sends out visas as soon as the processing is finished, but processing does vary from applicant to applicant, so it is impossible to predict exactly when a visa might be issued. That being said, over 80% of are issued within 30 days, so I do hope you get it soon. Sorry I could not be of more help.

7 " يقول هو ارسل رسالتك للمسؤولين عن الفيزا هو مايقدر يساعدك في الموضوع لانه ماعند صلاحية.
ويقول اذا الـ I-20 الاول تاريخه عدى, يبغالك تطلب I-20 بتاريخ جديد عشان السفارة ماتقدر تطبع لك على الـ I-20 القديم.
اطلب من مدرستك يرسلوه فاكس او ايميل وعند استلامه ارسل نسخه للسفارة. السفارة لا اتحتاج الاصل.
تاكد المدرسة ترسل الـI-20 الاصلي عشان تقدر تدخل امريكا.
السفارة تطبع لك الفيزا عند انتهاء الاجراءات اول ماتخلص, الاجراءات تختلف من شخص لشخص, ومانقدر نعرف متى تخلص.
80% من المتقدمين يستلموها في 30 يوم.
اتمنى ان تاخذها قريبا, اعذرني اذا لم اتمكن من مساعدتك اكثر.
