You don't need to pay the SEVIS fee again
All what you need is to send an email to fmjfee.SEVIS2DHS.gov
And ask them to transfer your infomation and the payment form the old SEVIS number to the new SEVIS you will get
Don't forget to include your name, birth dat, the old SEVIS number, and the new . SEVIS number in your email. Also you should expalin why do you want to transfer the payment in a few words

مرحبا بنات وشبابانا عندي مشكلة
انا جاني الI-20 ودفعت رسوم السيفيس
ويا ريتني ما دفعته
المشكلة الحين اني بغير القبول لأني راح انقل ولاية ثانية, ويش الحل ؟
هل لازم ادفع رسوم من جديد, وهل راح يكون في مشكلة لودفعت؟
ولا اصلا ما يحتاج ادفع من جديد؟
اللي قالوا لي , انه المشكلة لاح تكون في رقم الI-20 , لازم يكون نفسه اللي في السيفيس
اللي عنده اي فكرة , الله يجزاكم خير ياجماعة تردون
وبالتوفيق انشالله للكل
