7 " السلام عليكم...... طيب عندكم الايميل حق المسؤول في الملحقية عن طلاب هولندا؟ لانوا انا ابغى اسمع اجابة من الملحقية نفسها بخصوص موعد سفرنا.... و غير كدا في احد اخد شي من الملتقى كشهادة او شي يثبت انوا راح الملتقى ؟ لانوا انا شفت متطلبات اصدار قرار الابتعاث و كان مكتوب (بطاقة حضور الملتقى).

دي تلقاها في نفس الرابط حق استمارة التسجيل
فيه ايقونة طباعة افادة بحضور الملتقى هي اللي تنرسل مع بقية الاوراق لاصدار قرار الابتعاث

Dear Prospective Students,
We hope that this email finds you well and would like to invite you to a mandatory information session for studying in the Netherlands (Holland) in Riyadh hosted by Maastricht University (UM) and the University of Groningen (RUG).
The information session will take place on Saturday the 1st and Sunday the 2nd of December in the Orchid Room on the Mazzini Floor at the Hotel Al Khozama, Olaya Road Riyadh 11491 (contact person: Mohammad Asghar +96614654650), from 13:00 until 16:00 (valet parking is provided at the hotel for your convenience, just drop your car at the main entrance).
At the event you will be given plenty of information material about studying in the Netherlands and have the opportunity to ask all your questions, also those regarding visa and other official matters for which purpose embassy staff members will be present who will brief you on the procedures and timeline.
Dates: 1st and 2nd of December
Time: 13:00-16:00
Place: Orchid Room on the Mazzini Floor at the Al Khozama Hotel in Riyadh
