We believe that you were explained about 120 days rule. Now I-20 starting date(Aug.25) has no problem with that rule, however, we had to do another round of the admin processing since its validity expired. So your case is in pending status due to admin processing currently. Please check with us via e-mail on regular basis. Thank you,
ياليت احد يفيدني وش يقصدون بالضبط
يقولون لك انهم وضحولك سابقا عن قانون ال 120 يوم ، ويقصدون انهم لايصدرو التأشيرة قبل 120 يوم من موعد بداية دراستك
والاي 20 اللي الدراسة تبدأ في في اغسطس 25 ماعليه مشكلة فيما يخص نظام ال 120 يوم لكن علينا اجراء جولة اخرى من الاجراءات الادارية لان صلاحية الاي 20 انتهت وارجو ان تتواصل معنا عن طريق الايميل بشكل منتظم
