Homestay message BOSTON HOME STAY FAMILIES The purpose of our home stay families is to provide a safe and clean environment for all students and have FUN sharing our American culture. We are a group of private home stay families with locations in the surrounding town of Boston area and are located in: Everett, Malden, Melrose, Medfor, Quincy and Winthrop. Most families have 5 to 20 years experience as a home stay. TRAVELLING TIME INTO BOSTON FROM HOMESTAY LOCATIONS: The amount of time to travel into Boston depends on where your home stay is located and it is reasonable to spend 30-45 minutes on a bus or subway to arrive at your school’s location! Of course, this is a door-to door estimate!HOUSING DETAILSOur houses are large and spacious, with a various number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We have single and twin accommodations. Smoking is allowed outside and we also have non-smoking houses. NO ALCOHOL is allowed in our houses to ensure a safe and pleasant home stay. We offer both SHORT AND LONG-TERM housing. Some houses have pets, while other houses are pet-free. We can provide references and photos of all houses!ALL HOUSES PROVIDE FREE: Desks, bureaus, chairs, lamps, linens, wireless-internet and laundry. Our monthly fee includes breakfast and dinner from Monday to Friday and three meals on the weekends. HOUSING FEESOur fees are $1,000/per month for a single-room, and $850/per month for a twin-room sharing with another student.
