اشكرك اخوي سياتل على تجاوبك وربي يسهل امورك ان شاءالله<<انا ان شاءالله راح تبدأدراستي في شهر سته لكن ابغى اغير معهدي
فياليت اذا عدك معرفه في المعاهد الجيده ومعترف بها من الوزاره تذكرلي اسمائها لاني سمعت ان اليوداب مغلق بسبب التكدس..

واذا المكتب المتعاقد مع الوزارة سواء ايجيك او غيره جاب لك قبول فما لك شغل اذا مكدس او لا
لكن لو انتي علا حسابك جاية أنصحك تغيري الولاية كلها بولاية ارخص
عموما عندنا معاهد كثيرة للغة وانا بذكرها وانتي اسالي عنها اذا حبيتي

انا بعد اسبوع جايه سياتل مع مرافقي
ولكني قلقة من مكان السكن سالت كتير هنا بالموقع وردو عليه الله يجزاهم خير وقالولي تجنبي جنوب سياتل ياليت تقولي الاحياء الكويسه الي ممكن ادور فيها شفت شقق اون لاين ولاكن ابغى اشوف احد عاش بالمكان وجرب حاجة كمان ياليت تقولي فندق قريب من معهد Els في سياتل ويكون سعره مو غالي ولكم دعوه بظهر الغيب ( ملاحظه دورت كتير north gate - Queen inn ( بس مالقيت الى 2000 دولار مره غالي

ممكن تشوفين في قوقل ماب ايش اقرب الفنادق، وبكرة اشوف لك ان شا الله في النت ايش اقرب شي
بالنسبة للسكن ، كوين ان من أرقي وأغلى الأحياء
نورث قيت خيار كويس، وكل شمال سياتل، اهم شي في الموضوع كم باص راح تأخذين الى ان تصلي المعهد!
تعالي بالسلامة ولا تشيلي انتي ومرافقك هم السكن، ان شا الله رح نلف وندور ونحصل في يومين
صح متى واصلين ان شا الله؟ وكم غرفة ودورة مياه وانتم بكرامة تبحثون؟

لا انا تبع البرنامج لكن جاني قبول في معهد embassyفي تاكوما وابغى معهد كويس عشان
احول له اذا وصلت ان شاءالله ولان الملحقيه ماراح تنقلني على معهد
في تكدس قلت اشوف المعاهد الثانيه<<وشكرا ماقصرت

انا احتاج غرفتين ولو امكن حمامين وانتم بكرامه ولو واحد مش مشكله نقدر لحدود 1300 بس تكون شامله الخدمات
وتكون في باص يودينا للمعهد
طلب : لقيت شقتين كويسه من حيث السعر ولا كن لا اثق بالمواقع ممكن تشفلنا هي وليك الي تباه

ومعليش نسيت أجيب لك فندق ، لقيت لك أرخص شيء هذا الفندق ، وياخذ45 دقيقة بالباص من هنا للمعهد،و55$ على غرفة فيها سريرين

Thank you for your interest in Citywalk Apartments. Here at Citywalk we offer beautiful one and two bedroom apartment homes with features such as:

I understand from your inquiry that you are interested in an apartment. We do have a two bedroom that you may be interested in. This apartment, 218, is on the second floor and currently rents for $1165! For just $299 you can hold this apartment until April 13th. Please let me know if you would be interested in this apartment.

Our regular deposit is $600 with half refundable and the application fees are $23.45 per person over the age of 18. All residents are required to carry renter’s insurance. You will either need to go through your car insurance company or we do have a great company that we can refer you too. All residents will pay water, sewer, trash and electricity. These are all billed on usage and billed directly from the provider or a third party billing company. Pet deposits vary depending on the number and type of animal. There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment and we do charge pet rent. Your total move in cost would include rent and any extra deposits including pet deposits. We qualify all our applicants the same way and require a minimum of 2x the rent in order to income qualify. Then we process your credit and evictions history.
