Step 1: To complete your application for admission to Indiana Tech, you must submit the following documents:
¨ Apply Online – Application Form
¨ $50 USD processing fee (see methods of payment document attached)
¨ Official high school transcript(s) and college transcript(s) (if necessary) with grading scale
Indiana Tech requires certified/official attested copies of all educational records from secondary school level classes such as grades, marks and diplomas. You are required to submit all official documents either through mail or you may email them back to me. Keep in mind that you must complete the *****alency of a U.S. high school diploma in order to be enrolled at Indiana Tech. All documents need to be in English with certified translations. * You may submit unofficial copies for now. However, we will need officials before you may enroll this fall.
¨ TOEFL, IELTS or PTE test results
All international students from non-native English speaking countries are required to take one of the above tests in order to be accepted at Indiana Tech. International applications will not be reviewed until all of the above documentation has been received. Once re*viewed, Indiana Tech will notify you of its decision and any scholarship offer(s). If you do not meet our minimum English proficiency requirement, the university will ask you to participate in its Intensive English Program (IEP) be*fore enrolling in traditional courses.

Step 2: To obtain the proper immigration document (i.e. I-20 or DS-2019), please be prepared to submit the following:
¨ Current (within the last six months) official financial statement showing sufficient funds in USD*
A financial statement can be in a form of bank statements, retirement plans (ex: IRA) or salary of sponsors.
¨ Sponsor’s Affidavit of Financial Support (in English or a certified translation)
· This is required only in your first year at Indiana Tech. Your sponsor(s) must list an available minimum of $39,500 USD (for traditional students) or $30,000 USD (for Intensive English Program students) for your first academic year at Indiana Tech, unless otherwise informed by Indiana Tech.
· Sponsors can be anyone that has legal rights over you or someone that financially supports you.
· You can list more than one sponsor; all sponsors will need to sign a Sponsor’s Affidavit of Financial Support and provide financial statements.
· If your sponsor resides in the United States, he/she must complete the Immigration of Naturalization Service Form I-134. You should keep the original of Form I-134 for the visa application process and forward a copy to this institution. You can download this form at:
