الضمان المالي لجامعة هيوستن (للمعيدين)

السلام عليكم
قدمت لجامعة هيوستن ضمان مالي من جامعة الملك سعود مذكور فيه أن الداعم هو الجامعة لكن الدفع يكون عن طريق الملحقية
جامعة هيوستن رفضت الضمان وأنه لازم يكون من الملحقية بما أنها بتدفع وليس الجامعة
هل يمكن الحصول على ضمان مالي من الملحقية لمعيدي الجامعات؟

If you are being sponsored by SACM, we need a new financial support letter
(Official Financial Guarantee) from the Saudi Arabian Culture Mission that has
both the start and end dates of your sponsorship. The letter needs to indicate
that the student will be attending the University of Houston. Until we have this
document in our office, we cannot issue you an I-20.
