How to Make Kabsah
If you have not eat kabsah, you have not eat anything yet. Kabsah is a traditional meal in Saudi Arabia. It is one of the Saudis' most famous dishes.The ingredients you will need for two people are one chicken, one onion, three tomatoes, one can of tomato paste, one green pepper, salt, kabsah spices, vegetable oil, and one and a half cup of rice. After that put the tomatoes and the green pepper, cook it for one minute. Then put in the tomato paste, salt, and the kabsah spices. Cook it until it becomes a thick red sauce. Put the chicken sauté it with the sauce for three minutes, and then put in hot water just a little bit over the chicken. Close the pressure cooker and put it at a high heat until the pressure clock starts to go off, then change it to a medium heat for ten minutes. After the ten minutes, take the chicken out and put it in the oven. Drain the rice from water and put it into the pressure cooker. Make sure that there is not a lot of water. Cook it at a high heat until the pressure clock start to go off, then change the heat to low heat for seven minutes. Check the chicken until it becomes red. The second step is to put the rice and the chicken in a large dish. Kabsah Served with yogurt and coke. You can do a salad with a tomato slices and onion slices with lemon.
