Most of the programs are interdisciplinarity ... so they may welcome many disciplines to one master program
for example the first one is called
Advanced Construction and Building Technology
it might seem to be related only to civil engineers ... but it is not! it is
interdisciplinarity between disciplines as such as computer science, mechanical-, electrical engineering, economics, medical technologies, sociology, civil engineering and architecture etc.
see the link here
M.Sc. Advanced Construction and Building Technology : Fakult
Another example is my master program: Computational Mechanics which can accept applicants with a BSc in Civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied or Structural Mechanics, Structural Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Production...
and here is the link for that
come.tum, Computational Mechanics at TUM - Which degrees matches the program's requirements?
so read carefully and search in them one by one ....
Wish you the best of luck!
