Conditional Admission

Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter concerns the application of Mr. Your full nameto your PhD program majoring in computer science. I would like to request that you grant me conditional admission to your PhD program subject to satisfying the IELTS requirements before actual enrolment.
Please note that Ministry of High Education the sponsor of my scholarship has a policy for scholarships which states that all scholars must receive conditional admission from a school prior leaving Saudi Arabia. You will find in the attachment the financial guarantee from the Ministry of High Education in Saudi Arabia.
In addition, I have already offer from Leicester college to study English for a full year. During which, I will be able to take the IELTS tests to your satisfaction and start his academic work.
