If your employer or another sponsor will be paying all or part of your fees, please download and print out the attached sponsorship form, and ask your sponsor to complete and sign it and return it to the University of Leicester at the address given on the form.

Please note that you will not be allowed to register until we have received confirmation that your sponsor has committed to pay your fees. You should also note that, if payment is not received from your sponsor by the due date, you will become liable for any amounts outstanding, so it is in your own interests to obtain a firm commitment from your sponsor before starting the course.

The attached file is in HTML format, so you can print it out from your browser for your sponsor to complete by hand. Alternatively, the file can be saved and opened in Word if your sponsor prefers to complete it electronically.

NEXT STEPS
Meanwhile, there are some additional forms to complete which will be sent to you by separate email. You will need to ask other people to complete these on your behalf, so you should start making the necessary arrangements straightaway:
• if your employer or another sponsor will be paying some or all of your tuition fees, they will need to complete a sponsorship form to confirm their commitment to pay;
• if you have been unable to provide email addresses for either or both of your referees, you will need to contact them yourself to ask them to provide a reference, using a template which the University will supply.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
If, as part of your online application, you have already uploaded electronic copies of your degree certificate and transcript, any relevant professional qualification certificates and proof of your English language competency (for those applicants whose first language is not English), these will be considered when your application is assessed. If you were not able to supply electronic copies, paper copies should be sent to the University as soon as possible. A coversheet will be provided which you must sign and return with your hard copy (paper) documents, to enable us to attach them to the right application.
