تقصدين إني إذا كلمت دكتور درس في كندا ممكن يجيب لي قبول ؟ أحسها صعبة شوي !!
الصراحة أنا مو متأكدة مرة من الشرط بس هذا اللي فهمتوا من هنا 
هو صح بدري على الموضوع , ولا حتى انقبلت بالبعثة ولا قدمت بعد !!
بس مو حابة يصير شي وأندم إني ماعرفته من الأول , راح أمشي على كلامك وأقدم على البعثة وأسأل عن هالموضوع لأني حسيت هالشرط مرة صعب
بس ايش قصدك بالبرنامج السعودي ؟

Well dear when I was saying you got to talking to someone there to help you out I meant to have an elective training... To be honest even in the residency application I know someone got accepted this year by a strong recommendation from his doctor who studied in the same university and has a very strong reputation (of course ba3d Allah). For me my specialty was lil bit difficult to find as they have defficiency in it (I mean Canada) so the priority was for the canadians or immigrants...Ask one of ur doctors who graduated from Canada how you can get an elective training there (after you check it out with ur university if they would let you have it outside KSA) or if you want my advice go for this elective training in the vacation between 6th year and Internship (even if it's only 3 weeks)
and btw...it's not early to start asking and building a well structured plan it's the time...the perfect time as I believe...
Now what do I mean by the Saudi Program...It's the training program managed or monitored by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (alhay2a)...
Till 2 years ago you have to find a sponsor (be an employee in a hospital to pay your salary) after you got accepted in the specialty program you are aiming for. Lately it's not mandatory as there's a new category of doctors who receive their salaries from The Saudi Commission..
As Dr.Sailor said...you shouldn't be employeed in a govermental institute.. you can go for one of those tash-gheel thati or simply National Guard or King Faisal specialist Hospitals...as both of them is a contract job (annual or yearly renewed) which is not considered a job!

طيب أول ماأقدم على البعثة يُطلب مني نتيجة الاختبار الكندي , وإلا متى يطلبونه ؟ عشان أعرف متى أختبره
والسيناريو اللي قلت عليه , هو اللي شكلي راح أسويه لو جاني قبول من البعثة وجاني قبول كـ Resident
قاعدة أسبق الأحداث بس عشان أكون فاهمة الموضوع أكثر وإلا أنا مو ضامنة لا هذا ولا ذاك
