Yes that is true. there are some universities that offer dual degrees like this one Concurrent MHA/MD Degree Program - Programs in Health Services Administration at University of Washington (MHA, Executive Master's and Certificate Programs)
another example Medical Education at Harvard.
However, it is almost impossible for international graduates* to get into such programs, and only superior and exceptional students get admitted.
Though you should give it a try because I would do it if i were you, but dont expect a lot. If you are interested in doing MD, then Ireland and other European countries are your best bet. I thought I am only the one who interst in this program MD PHD. I already apply for this program in US and I have to do some exam such as MCAT, but
what I understand from some prof there that this program is highly. competitive and there is few spot for international student. Some universities in Canada they offer this program even for interantioal studuent but you have to be citzen or pr such as Ontarion uni.
For this reason I change my mind recently and thinking about German uni coz
it is realy worth it to be a medical scintist
