    د.سارة ..... أنا خريج جامعة شمس و الحاجات ديه فعلا من أرخم الخطوات واللى ضيعتلى السنة ديه .... وحاولت فى الحاجات ديه مع العميد دكتور حسام توفيق و الدكتورة فاطمة وكيلة الكلية لشئون الطلبة وكانوا مرحبين بس لازم أفهمهم بقى كل حاجة .... بالنسبة ل ( Institution evaluation form ) معرفش شوفتيها ولا لأ ، ولكن هية فيها 3 حاجات ( NBDE scores & applicant qualities & applicant GPA and class ranking ) .... دكتور حسام اعترض على ال GPA اللى أنا كنت حاطه ، كان عاوز يعرف أنا جايبه منين ..... فممكن تعملي ECE course by course ..... وترفقيها بيها ... عاشان يمضيها ، وكمان لازم يشوف شهادة nbde لو انت عملتي الامتحان ..... وبعد كدة سلسة بقى من الامضاءات من مكتب العميد وأمينة الكلية والظرف sealed منها وانت اللى تبللى الظرف عاشان مفيش قنة مبلولة .... والعنوان بالانجليزي .... حيجننوكي معلش

    بالنسبة ل ( Professional evaluation form ) فهي عبارة عن recommendation letter بس منظمة شوية ، وفي منها electronic or papre based

    بالنسبة ل ( Ppi ) .... عيبها انها electronic only .... تبعتيها لإميل الدكاترة ، وبعد كدة حيملوها >>>>>> ولازم زن على الدكاترة عاشان يملوها ...... أنا الصراحة شايف ال ( Ppi ) زي ( Professional evaluation form ) ..... بس الرخامة بقى ..... وعلى فكرة ال ( Ppi ) اجبارية .... وال ( Professional evaluation form ) اختيارية مش لازم تعمليها .

    بالنسبة بقى ل ( Transcript matching form ) فديه حتوديها لدكتور فاطمة عاشان تمضيها وترفقي بيها ( بيان درجات بالانجليزي ) .... وظرف المتين اياه وأمينة الكلية وال seal والعنوان الانجليزي

    أنا مجربتش ال request for exception >>>>> ممكن تكون أحسن بدل الدوخة ديه ... الله أعلم

    U are being so clear and helpful, however I would like to ask about two things.
    First: the institution evaluation form mentions that it must be attached with the professional evaluation form? , is that the same professional evaluation form that they said it is optional? Should I attach with the institution form something else in the envelop?

    Secondly:I would Like u to explain for me the transcript matching form! As I thought once I have the English transcript then am finished:-)

  2. Dr arahman:I want to make sure of something will it affect me if I chose I don't waive my right of access of the evaluation ?
    To make sure am on the right track: inll send the application plus the sealed envelop containing the institution form plus the sealed envelop containing the transcript matching form( that I don't know yet what is it:-)), right? All at once? Is there something missing:-)!
    Lastly, r u in prosthodontics residency now? Which program did u entered before in the first year of be3tha?

    They do mistakes as any human could do...... they did copy & paste only ( u will find this paragraph repeated on the PET) , but they mean institution evaluation form >>>> sure

    when u fill the (mandatory DENTAL SCHOOL ATTENDED ) in PASS online application, u will find this form, and they instruct u to do
    This form must be attached to the official dental school transcript and placed in a sealed envelope.
    w I advice u ...... after u do that , put a copy of ECE course by course with these stuff in one envelop....then do the seal ....... and u shld request an original copy of ECE evaluation to be sent directly to ADEA PASS >>>> LOTS OF MONEY .... ma3lesh

    U r right ..... and u r free to choose waiving or not ..... no difference ...... but I' didnt waive my right as it's me, not the institution, who mailed the evaluations and envelops .??? but u r right

    I'm an Egyptian, but I have many Saudi friends,so I know some about this be3tha programs ...... god bless who sponsor this program
    I'm not in prosthodontics residency yet...... but wish I could do this year or next cycle, cauze of some constraints and some missed requirements like THE HILL >>> GRE

    انا خريجة مساعد طبيب اسنان دبلوم واختبرت اختبار الهيئه

    ونفسي ادرس طب اسنان في امريكا هل تقبل شهادتي او لازم بكلوريس
    وعليكم السلام

    لازم تدرسين بكالوريوس قبل التقديم على كليات طب الأسنان.

  7. السلام عليكم د.حاتم
    أنا طالبة مبتعثة بكالوريوس طب الأسنان من جامعة بيروت العربية ، وحالياً أنا سنة إمتياز في نفس الجامعة
    وإن شاء الله قريب راح أقدم على أختبار الهيئة السعودية لتخصصات الصحية

    و أخطط بعد االإنتهاء من سنة الإمتياز وإمتحان الهيئة أني أقدم على التخصص=الزمالة في أمريكا أو جامعة ليدز في بريطانيا ، فبغيت أستفسر عن الجامعات القوية لطب الأسنان و ايش الشروط والمتطلبات لتقديم ؟

    و إذا ممكن تعطيني فكرة عن تخصصات طب الأسنان المطلوبه وليها مستقبل ( أنا حابه أدرس Cosmetic Dentistry ) ، لفت نظري تخصصك دكتور حاتم فإذا ممكن تعطيني فكره عنه Perio-Prosto وكم سنه يستغرق دراسه ؟

    إن شاء الله تفيدوني لأني متخرجه فرش وحابه أستفيد من خبراتكم
