First, every state (sometimes a county or city) has a different calendar for schools beginning. So, it would be helpful for me if you could tell me which (state, county, city or school district) you're in to get the exact date for your town. Second, most public schools in the USA begin in August. Third, here are some important things all parents need to know. Uncle GOOGLE won't help you if you type "school start usa" or "primary school beginning". Here's what would take you straightaway to the answer when you search: K-12 school calendar 2010-2011

Finally, since you know the trick now, you have two options to know when X school begins. The first one is to simply follow my search strategy including as much information as possible (e.g. state, county, school district...etc).
