I am trying to apply there also,
However keep in mind that it's 2 late 2 apply for FALL 2011
So, your application should be for Spring 2012 aka January 2012.

First of all you gotta have all the necessary documents
e,g: Statement of purpose, high school diploma, ...etc

second you gotta choose which program do you wanna apply for & whether you want it with english CAP program or not

if you have a satisfactory toefl score then you dont need to study english at their institute :
