If you will be requesting support for the F-1 student visa, we require the following documents in order to create the Form I-20:

a.The bank statement/letter MUST be original, received in the post to the address below. No faxed, scanned/emailed or photocopied versions are accepted.

b.The bank statement/letter MUST be no more than six months old from the issue date of the Form I-20.

4. F-1 STUDENTS IN U.S. HIGH SCHOOLS AND TRANSFER STUDENTS: If you are transferring your SEVIS Record (Form I-20) from an institution within the United States (you are already in F-1 student status), you are required submit the SEVIS Record Transfer Form.
