Moore, Regional ESL Coordinator for The Northeast & Western United States.* Regarding your question into*The Boston University CELOP Program*andThe New England School of English*both of these Institutes are oversaturated and the status of*‘Stop’*is associated with it.**At the moment it is no longer possible to be placed at either of these Institutes.* Only with a Letter of Conditional Academic Acceptance can the student study English at Boston University. Please note that for The City of Boston and The Greater Boston Metro Area that it is very difficult at the moment to be placed in this area.*We have too many Saudi’s currently studying English as A Second Language at nearly all of The Institutes in The City of Boston and The Greater Boston Metro Area are oversaturated with a label of “Stop” assigned by both MOHE and SACM.*
