السلام عليكم
اخواني وخواتي اليوم وصلت لي رساله من معهد ELS بخصوص immunized against bacterial meningitis ( اللقاح ضد التهاب السحايا الجرثومي)
ممكن أحد يشرحلي الوضع
ووين اخذ اللقاح من المراكز الصحيه ولا لازم مستشفى حكومي
الرساله:
Dear Counselor,
Greetings from Princeton NJ! Hope all is well.
Beginning in Session 1, 2012,
all new students that are younger than 30 years old and are enrolled in ELS Houston, ELS Houston-Clear Lake, ELS San Antonio, and ELS Lubbock are required by Texas State Law to be immunized against bacterial meningitis at least ten (10) days before the start of the session, and no more than 5 years before the start of the session.
Previously, this requirement applied only to students living in on-campus housing; the new law expands this requirement to all students under the age of 30 studying on a university/college campus in the State of Texas.
Please provide the attached Meningitis Vaccination Response Form to your students who are enrolled at ELS San Antonio for Session 3 (February 27
th, 2012). ELS must receive this completed form from those students before Friday, January 20
th [the date 10 days before the start of the session]. Upon receiving the completed vaccination form, I will then forward it to the center for review. When I receive notice that your student’s form is acceptable, I will send you an email confirming that the student may enter the campus.

Please note that your student will not be allowed on the campus, nor permitted to study at the host institution, until ELS confirms that your student’s vaccination form is accepted.*
