هذا التعميم الي وصلني
We have received Spring 2012 invoices and it is noticed that a lot of students have registered online classes, financial department will not pay for tuition unless you have approval to get such classes and you are within your online classes limit which is 6 hours per degree( 2 classes), you have to know that your F.G does not cover online classes. For students that are within their limit I am working on this issue with the financial department and School,if you exceed your online class limit Please go directly to school and pay for it. 4- Students are allowedonly two (2) online classes per degree. Approval for each online must be requested in advance. Classes that are not approved will not be paid for. In order to request approval the student must submit the following documents: a. Request for online class approval, include if the class is the first or second online class taken. b. Letter from university advisor explaining the reason for taking online class, the name & number of the class, and number of class credit hours. Online classes taken without SACM approval will be the responsibility of the student. If you exceed your online classes limit this will create problems with authentication of degrees upon graduation. 7 " اذا قدمت على طلب و تمت الموافقه او الرفض يوصلك رساله . او تحدث بياناتك و اذا وصلك ايميل يعني انه تم .
