We are pleased to accept you into the English Language Programs at Penn.
You may have already received the attached arrival information page, but
please do take a moment to look it over to be sure that you are
prepared. Please pay particular attention to the housing section. If
you have not already begun to secure housing for your stay in
Philadelphia, I would recommend that you make sure you begin this
process immediately so that you have a place to stay once you arrive.
You should have already received information about housing with I-House,
The Sheraton and The Stratum (if not, hopefully you will be receiving
this information soon). I would also recommend looking at the following
website if you are planning on bringing your family with you and are
looking for off campus housing:

Please feel free to contact me, Alysia Joost (Coordinator of Student
Services) if you have any questions regarding housing.
Please plan to arrive in time for Orientation at 8:30am on Wednesday,
March 5th. If you will NOT arrive on time for March 5th, please e-mail

arrive no later than March 12th. If you cannot arrive by March 12th,
you must plan to attend a later session. Please notify ELP of which
