The photo must be taken professionally� - any CVS or Walgreens will provide the service.

It cannot be taken by you (no cell phone photos)

It is a photo that has been:

- taken within the last 6 months
- against a white background
- you are looking straight
- no glasses
- 2 inches by 2 inches
If your documents are not received within 5 days of your online registration, your application may be rejected at any time.
Please be patient and allow some time for processing and you will receive an email confirmation along with the information of the test date.
Please make sure there are sufficient funds for payment. If your credit card is declined, your application will be rejected. �Once again, if we don't receive all your documents within 5 days of your online registration, your application will be cancelled.�

If you want to cancel your application, inform your test centre immediately. Cancellation fees will apply if you have already made payment.
