سلام عليكم
Dear ESL students,
If you have already finished one year of ESL and extended your ESL , or obtained an academic acceptance , but there is still a hold on your account for finishing one year of ESL , then please raise a hold release request and attach any required letters.
If you finished 18 months of ESL and obtained an academic acceptance , and you are still on hold for finishing 18 months, then please raise a hold release request abd attach any required letter.
If you have any concerns or questions, please raise an inquiry request and will reply as soon as I am able to.

7 " اذا كان عليك هولد,, أو الصرف موقف عنك بسبب انتهاء السنة الاولى من مرحلة اللغة, ارفع طلب تمديد و بعد قبول طلب التمديد , ارفع لهم طلب اعادة صرف و ارفق الاوراق المطلوبة منك(راح تكون موضحة داخل الطلب).
