I am writing this latter as a part of my application to your Bachelor (

أسم الجامعة that you are requesting the TOEFL as one of you admission requirements. Although I value such standard tests, I am requesting that you grant me a conditional admission to your (Bachelor
أسم التخصص) program subject to satisfying the TOEFL requirement before actual enrolment .
Please note that my sponsors have a policy for scholarships, which states that all scholars must receive a conditional admission from a school prior leaving Saudi Arabia. In addition, I will study English recommend. During which, I will be able to take TOEFL test to your satisfaction and start my academic work.
