***WE NEED COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING TO EVALUATE YOUR FILE:
WE NEED TRANSCRIPTS FROM COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY OF DAMMAM.
A transcript is a verification of your academic record issued in the
original language directly from the original, issuing source (a college,
university, technical school, or secondary school). We can use
unofficial documents for our admission evaluation that can be faxed or
mailed. However, you’re required to submit official transcripts before
you can register for your second term at PSU. As an undergraduate
student, you will not receive your transfer credit evaluation report
until you have submitted an official transcript. NEVER send us your
original documents because all submitted documents become the property
of PSU and cannot be returned.
***IF YOU ARE ADMITTED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR I-20 FOR THE
FOLLOWING REASON:
WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FINANCIAL DOCUMENTATION.
Before we can issue your I-20, you must submit proof of financial
support for at least your first year of study. The tuition and
estimated living expenses will be US$26,898.00 for your first year of

***WE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU CAN REGISTER FOR CLASSES:
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF MEASLES VACCINATION
PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR CLASSES.
The Oregon State System of Higher Education requires all incoming
students to show evidence of immunity to measles (Rubeola) and mumps.
Many students have only received one dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella
vaccine (MMR), and therefore a booster dose of MMR vaccine must be
obtained. If the information submitted by a student regarding MMR
vaccinations is incomplete, a hold will be placed on registration at
PSU. INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TO
REGISTERING FOR CLASSES. All entering students born after 1956 must have
at least one of the following:
• Two vaccinations of MMR on or after their first birthday, with a
minimum of 30 days between the first and second dose.
• Show evidence of immunity to measles (Rubeola) and mumps.
• Physician’s signature certifying prior measles (Rubeola) and mumps.

IF YOU WANT TO ENROLL IN REGULAR ACADEMIC CLASSES, WE NEED PROOF OF
ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY.
Portland State does not require a TOEFL or IELTS score for undergraduate
admission. We offer conditional admission with a restriction to English
as a Second Language (ESL) classes to applicants who have not achieved
the minimum TOEFL or IELTS score required for enrollment in academic
classes. Conditionally admitted students follow the advice of the ESL
Program regarding class enrollment until they submit TOEFL or IELTS
