    Dear KASP Students,



    Congratulations on receiving a King Abdullah Scholarship! We are excited so many of you are going to study in the United States, and we at EducationUSA want to help make your transition as easy as possible. We wish to invite you and accompanying adult family members to attend one of our Pre-departure Orientations being offered at the U.S. Embassy-Riyadh and the Consulate Generals in Jeddah and Dhahran.



    This orientation will help you get organized as you plan your departure to the USA. Topics for discussion include: documents you will need to bring, financial considerations, health insurance coverage, tips for packing your baggage, cultural adjustment, and U.S. immigration and customs procedures. There will also be a consular officer on hand to answer your visa questions.



    We have attached sign-up sheets for each of the three locations. Simply choose the sign-up sheet for your area, fill in your contact/ identification details and your preferred session date, and return the sheet to the appropriate emaillisted below:
