I’m really interesting in your special education PhD program. I’m recently doing a one year training through Kent State University and Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia and supervised by SACM. I’m looking for getting a conditional admission to the program. I have IELST with 5. I also got GRE test today and i got V : 133 and M : 136 .With having the conditional admission handy will help me with getting a full scholarship from Ministry of Education at Saudi Arabia. Then I can come back to start my PhD in USA.
