انا مسلم واعمل واعيش في تورنتو اود ان اتشارك في شقة مع رجل ناضج ومسلم
انا اعمل بدوام كلي واد ان يكن من يشاركني الشقة هادئ ومرتب وغير مدخن
فمن يجد في نفسة الصفات هذه ويود ان يشاركني فيراسلني على الايميل

$650 / 1br - 1 bed + 1 bath -- Let's Search Together? (Yonge & Sheppard)
A mature professional muslim guy , looking to share an apartment together with a like minded professional/student, near Yonge & Sheppard. Both will have our own private bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen and living room will be shared. Would also consider other decent areas, must be very close to subway and not far from sheppard/yonge. Could be on Sheppard line as well. (some nice new apartments in that area too).
My budget is $650 and I believe that in $1300, we can find a nice 2 bed / 2 bath apartment near Yonge & Sheppard either on Beecroft or on the other side of Yonge st. $1300 should cover everything, all condo fees, internet tv, heat and hydro.
I have busy work hours, so I strongly prefer another professional who is :
-Clean (Agree to clean all common areas in turns)
-Quiet (no loud music or tv)_
-Non smoking
-No pets please (i love cats, but prefer not to have it in house)
-No friend visits - sorry - burnt in past cuz of irresponsible behaviors
-Strictly no party type
-I do not consume alcohol and prefer not to have it in the apartment.
I want to move out from my current place by 30th June...looking forward to move in the new place accordingly. Please reply back through email, let me know
-your budget
-area preference
-working/student ---where? what hours?
-own a car? need parking?
Please keep in mind - 1st July is the date i want to move in.
