7 " - 7 "عزيزي .. قدم على المعهد لغة .. وبقبول اللغة قدم على الفيزا .. هذي اسرع طريقة ..الى جميع الأخوان ارجو مساعدتي ولافيه قصور من اخوانا الغمد رغم اني اوب غامدي بس اموت فيهم المهم انا قدمت على ماستر بهذه الجامعه وجاني قبول مبدئي عن طريق الايميل يقول فيه قدم اوراقك وارسلت اوراقي عن طريق المكتب يأخوان ممكن اقدر اختصر باقي الخطوات من شان الحق الوقت بدل ماانتظر القبول لمده شهر تقريبا وكمان من ناحيه التقديم على الفيزابحيث اقدر اقدم دون القبول وياترى ايش باقي الخطوات بعد القبول والمده المستغرقه لها ارجو الرد وربي مرره قلقان , الله يوفقنا واياكم ......... ودمتم بووووووووووووود
وما تقدر تقدم على الفيزا من غير قبول ..

The University does not have temporary housing for use while students look for off-campus housing. The following are hotels that are a short bus ride from the Campus where students can stay while off-campus housing arrangements are completed: - Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, telephone: 506-642-2622
- Coastal Inns Fort Howe Hotel, telephone: 506-657-7320 You will need to make arrangements with hotels on your own as the University cannot make reservations for you. Please identify yourself as a UNBSJ student to receive a special rate. I might also suggest that you check out the City of Saint John website at for other possible hotel or bed & breakfast accommodations.

- Rental Problems
If you live off campus, in rented accommodation, you should be aware of your legal rights and responsibilities as a tenants. The Public Legal Education and Information Services of New Brunswick publishes a brochure "Landlord and Tenants" the purpose of which is to answer some of the questions commonly asked about landlord and tenants relationship. Very Briefly it states that the landlord must provide premises which are habitable, safe and in a good state of repair and that the tenant must keep the rented premises clean and is responsible for any damage, disturbance or nuisance that he or she causes. Other areas addressed in the brochure are leases, security deposits, tenants privacy, rent increases, sub-letting and evictions. There is a Rentalsman employed by the Province of New Brunswick whose job it is to try to settle disputes between landlords and tenants. She is available at : Post Box 5001, 10 Charlotte St, 2nd Floor, Saint John, NB. E2L 4Y9. Tel (506) 658-2512, Fax (506) 658-3096. There is also a local By- Law called the Minimum Residential Properties standards by-law whose purpose is to establish standards to govern the condition, occupancy and safety, health and welfare of occupants. It includes such things as cleanliness, proper disposal of rubbish, safe steps, driveways, Parking areas etc , roof conditions (including accumulation of snow and ice), adequate heating and ventilation, proper food storage space, living area size available to each tentant and much more. Saint John has a By law Enforcement officer and Building Inspection Department, who may be contacted at the city of Saint John telephone 658-2911. If you have problems concerning your off campus residence, please inform Bonnie Sudul in the Off Campus Housing Office, Oland Hall, G13, 648-5952. We would like to know about problems that you may have and will do everything we can to help you.
